Note:

All fees are non-refundable- No exceptions
The following regulations apply and must be observed:
1. Obey all posted rules and regulations.
2. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parks (except for tap beer in the reserved pavilion area only.)
3. No Glass of any kind is permitted in the parks
4. Recyclable items must be placed in the DESIGNATED RECYCLING CONTAINERS located near the pavilions or concession stand in all of the Township parks.
5. All tables and floors must be cleaned up after function.
6. Non-recyclable trash should still be bagged and placed in the available dumpsters.
7. All activities must end at dark – NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. Absolutely nothing maybe left over night at the parks. (Cooking equipment, tables, chairs, personal items).
9. Park only in the provided parking lots.
10. Have reservation form placed in reserved sign display case.
11. Failure to comply with regulations will result in loss of deposit payment and may affect repeat rentals.
12. (Bicentennial Park East: Vehicles are only permitted at the pavilion to drop off refreshments or handicapped participants.)
NO Tents.
Special Events require pre approval from the Township Manager.

Please leave your pavilion in the condition it was in when you arrived.
